Our leaders have opened 60+ senior communities over the past 20 years, giving us a unique understanding of the lease-up process, including lead generation and the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
Our technology anticipates vacancies so we can be proactive before occupancy rate falls and lease or lease-up velocity stalls. Through technology and our sophisticated accounting software, we can track occupancy on a daily basis, anticipate change, and develop strategies to respond to falling occupancy.

Lloyd Jones has been managing multifamily assets since the 1980s when it was a major asset manager for the FDIC. Current management portfolio includes 5,500 units encompassing multifamily and senior housing with services.
